ESSO FUN DAY FOR GIRLS!!

ESSO Fun Day for Girls is a fun, free event open to all girls (U7-U13) interested in trying Female hockey. Happening September 9th at the Pictou County Wellness Centre.

FUNDY HIGHLAND FEMALE TRYOUTS FOR 2023-2024 SEASON!

Registration is now open for Tryouts for the 2023-24 Season (U13, U15, U18)
PLEASE FILL OUT GOOGLE FORM BELOW.
?**IMPORTANT** All players wishing to attend tryouts MUST first register for the season with Fundy Highland. We encourage all families to complete this form to help determine numbers at each preferred level of tryouts.
Registration is completed through GrayJayPay: https://grayjaypay.ca/.../fundy-highland-female-hockey.../. If you are new to GrayJayPay you will need to create an account first: https://grayjaypay.ca/ (click Sign Up on the top right).
?The deadline to register for tryouts:
U15 Sept 2nd
U18 and U13 Sept 9th
Sessions will take place at the Pictou County Wellness Centre and the Rath Eastlink Community Centre. Depending on registration numbers, players may be divided into two groups (groups will be posted prior to the first ice time).
Please indicate your preferred level of tryouts in the form below.
?**Levels of play in each division will be determined by the Board of Directors after tryout evaluations are completed.
?**If choosing AAA/AA, the tryout fee is $100 and must be paid in full prior to the first session. If paying by etransfer please send to vpfinance@fundyhighlandfemalehockey.ca (indicate name and level).
?**If choosing A, please note there is a possibility of a tryout session; this will be decided once registration numbers are finalized. No fee required at this time.
?**Information regarding U11 Conditioning Skates and Tryouts coming in a separate form as soon as ice times are confirmed.

FREE SKATE!

Fundy highland is excited to offer a free skate to any U7, U9, U11 and U13 girls in the Fundy Highland Zone (Pictou/Colchester/Cumberland counties).
When: Monday August 21st
Location: Pictou County Wellness Centre
Time: 6pm to 7pm
Who: U7, U9, U11, U13 Girls
Required: Skates and Helmets only
Cost: Free

This will also include an information session to parents new to Fundy Highland Female Hockey with Board Representatives to learn about our organization.

FHFHA CONDITIONING SKATES!
Fundy Highland is excited to offer conditioning skates ahead of tryouts again this year!
**IMPORTANT all players wishing to attend conditioning skates must be registered for the 2023-24 season with Fundy Highland.**
Registration is completed through GrayJayPay: https://grayjaypay.ca/.../fundy-highland-female-hockey.../. If you are new to GrayJayPay you will need to create an account first: https://grayjaypay.ca/ (click Sign Up on the top right).
To register for the conditioning skates, please fill out the google form below. The fee for conditioning skates is $100 and includes 4 ice times per division. The fee must be paid in full prior to the first ice time. Etransfers can be sent to: vpfinance@fundyhighlandfemalehockey.ca (name and division in comments)
**The deadline to register for conditioning skates is:
August 24th for U15
August 31st for U13 and U18.

We are excited to announce our plans to form U7 and U9 teams this season. These programs will focus on skill development, fair play, and most importantly FUN!
Registration Costs:
U7 - $400
U9 - $475
***At this time, we are collecting a $50 deposit from interested players. In the event that we don’t have enough interest to form teams this fee will be refunded. Please fill out the google form below and send deposit by Etransfer to vpfinance@fundyhighlandfemalehockey.ca (please ensure you include name and level in the comments)***

Please read the below information carefully. All registration will be done through Gray Jay Pay. If you are new to FHFHA, you can create an account through the Gray Jay Pay Website. Also, for those new to hockey this year, please visit the Hockey Canada Registry website to create an account and receive a HCR number: https://myaccount.spordle.com/login
FOR U11 TO U18:
? REGISTRATION FEES
?U11 $800.00
?U13 $850.00
?U15 $850.00
?U18 $850.00
? Registration will remain open until September 1, 2023.
? Registration can be paid by the following methods:
1. In full online at time of registration using credit or visa debit card.
2. In full at time of registration by Etransfer (select "Pay Offline").
Registration can be paid in three installments:
1. $300.00 Initial Payment
2. $300.00 Due October 1st
3. $200.00 (U11), $250.00 (U13,U15,U18) Due December 1st
??Full Payment must be received by December 1, 2023. A $50.00 late fee will be applied to overdue payments.
? IMPORTANT: If any of the following applies, fees MUST be paid offline (through Gray Jay Pay) by Etransfer, Cash or Cheque. You will choose the "Pay Offline" function at the Checkout and a receipt will be issued.
